OF Wisdom & Knowledge
Our Mission
The Foundation of Wisdom and Knowledge works to fill gaps in critical life lessons by teaching vulnerable children the skills they need to survive in today’s world. We target under-resourced minority communities in the Western United States with programs and services designed to prepare children for success in college and career while helping them understand the basic principles of money management. Our aim is to want to pour wisdom and knowledge into children who may not get everything they need from home or school. Our ultimate mission is to help them avoid learning by trial and error by equipping them with the knowledge they need to thrive as our world’s future leaders.

At The Foundation of Wisdom and Knowledge, we are centered by the following core values:

Empowerment: We believe any young person can be academically, professionally, and financially successful when they are empowered with knowledge. We advocate for young people to take ownership of their outcomes in every arena. In doing so, they have the greatest chance of success in all aspects of their lives.

Community: We believe it takes a village to raise up young people and help them maximize their full potential while surrounded by a safe, nonjudgmental community centered on kindness, love, and mutual support.

Mentorship: We believe young people do best when they can model themselves after and aspire to become like experienced mentors and teachers ready to show them the way. Our work hinges on preparing the youth of today to become the leaders of tomorrow by helping them embrace the leader within through proper guidance from the people who have walked the same road before them.
